Session notes and transcriptions — with your consent, via Twin Mind (see Section 5)

We may also collect basic website usage data (pages visited, time on site) through standard analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site.

Deliver the coaching program and communicate with you about your sessions
Send you the email sequence you opted into when taking the quiz
Review and respond to your coaching application
Process payments for the program

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each has its own privacy policy:

Systeme.io — email marketing and funnel platform. Stores your name and email when you opt in to our list.
Stripe — payment processing. Handles all credit/debit card transactions securely.
Zelle — peer-to-peer payment (by arrangement). Subject to Zelle's own privacy terms.
Formspree — processes application form submissions and forwards them to us via email.
Calendly — scheduling tool for discovery calls. Collects your name, email, and availability.
Twin Mind — session transcription (with your consent only). Audio is deleted after transcription.

We have chosen these providers carefully and use only what is necessary to run the program.

5. Session Recording and Transcription

Coaching sessions may be transcribed using Twin Mind, an AI-powered transcription application, only with your explicit consent. Here is how it works:

You will be asked before each session whether you consent to transcription
If you say no, the session proceeds without any recording or transcription
If you consent, Twin Mind records the session audio, generates a transcription, and then automatically deletes the audio recording
You will receive your session notes — a summary, the full transcription, or both — based on your preference
Transcriptions are stored securely and treated as confidential coaching records

6. Email Communications

When you provide your email address through our quiz opt-in, you will receive a series of follow-up emails related to The Pattern program. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

If you are a coaching client, we may send you session-related communications, notes, and program materials. These are essential to the coaching relationship and are not marketing emails.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and Zelle — we never see or store your full payment details.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your information (subject to any legal or contractual obligations)
Unsubscribe from our email list at any time
Opt out of session transcription at any time
